History:
Sakac Hall is a residence building containing four floors and a basement and has a beautiful view of the Hudson River and the campus. The building was built originally for freshman women in 2003 and was named in honor
of Sr. Ann Sakac, who was the president of Mount Saint Mary College. Sakac now houses both women and men freshmen.
Problem:
When standing at the bottom of the stairs in the parking lot approximately 33 feet from the entrance, look at the top of Sakac Hall. The angle is 78 degrees. When standing at the back of Sakac Hall, look at the top of the building at an angle of 82 degrees.
